She co-founded Stamping Technologies in 1990 alongside her husband, Mark, and has since been an integral part of its growth and success. Johanna oversees the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and ensuring fiscal responsibility. She plays a key role in maintaining and updating the company’s ISO certification requirements, contributing to the overall operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
